Dewey RV Storage was founded in 2013 to give this community a secure, affordable place to store the things that matter. Our property manager, is here every day — and Emma, his dachshund, has been welcoming guests since the beginning. We store everything from full-size Class A motorhomes to jet skis and cargo trailers. Whatever you’ve got, we’ve got room.

What types of vehicles can I store here?
We accommodate RVs, Class A/B/C motorhomes, 5th wheels, travel trailers, boats, cargo trailers, jet skis, cars, and more. Our covered units go up to 40×12 ft with 15 ft clearance, handling most full-size rigs comfortably.
Can I access my vehicle at 2am?
Yes. Your personal gate code works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Early morning fishing runs, late-night returns from a trip — we don’t restrict your access hours.
Is the facility really secure?
The property is fully fenced and gated with individual PIN pad entry. HD security cameras monitor the entire facility around the clock. Dave, our on-site resident manager, lives on the property — which is a level of presence no remote-managed facility can offer.
How do covered and uncovered units compare?
Covered units protect your vehicle from Arizona UV (which degrades seals and fades paint rapidly), monsoon rain, and winter freezes. For RVs and boats with rubber seals, slide-outs, or solar panels, covered storage is worth the investment. Uncovered units offer a lower price point and are great for trailers, cars, and vehicles you’re rotating through seasonally.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. All leases are month-to-month. There are no long-term commitments or termination fees. You can cancel with 30 days notice.
How do I pay?
Online through our secure tenant portal via ACH bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or you can pay by Zelle, Venmo, or check. We keep it simple.
What if the unit size I want isn't available?
You can join our waitlist for any unit type — there’s no cost to be on the list and it’s valid for 60 days. We’ll contact you as soon as a space opens up. Many of our popular covered sizes stay full, so joining the waitlist early is your best move.
